Internet Quick Scan

The Internet Quick Scan (IQS) is a framed short-term survey in open sources. The investigation is carried out as part of a pre-employment or in-employment screening and takes place on the basis of contact details provided by the client and the candidate. Prior to such a request, DataExpert always tests the legitimate interest. We also only work with declarations of consent.

With the IQS, an (in-depth) scan is carried out in open sources to identify the digital footprint of the candidate. For the investigation, open sources are used, including (search engine) databases, forums and social media. Depending on the screening and risk profile, it is also possible to perform a deep web scan. The results are then reported to the candidate and, after approval, to the client.
