Justice for the Stolen Children: A tech coalition racing to bring Ukraine’s kids home

DataExpert has joined the coalition to reunite Ukrainian children with their families.

Since 2022, Russia has illegally deported tens of thousands of Ukrainian children. In response, Justice for the Stolen Children, a non-profit technology coalition, has partnered directly with Ukrainian authorities to identify and locate these missing kids using AI-driven tools and investigative expertise. The mission is urgent, and scaling support is critical to bring more children home faster.

What the coalition does

Led by Paliscope, the coalition unites specialist companies such as dataExpert to deploy cutting-edge software, hardware, and hands-on expertise to the agencies on the front line, speeding up identification, case triage, and the painstaking work of reuniting families.

The effort complements Ukrainian and EU priorities, building capacity that delivers impact now and lays foundations for long-term recovery.

Who’s involved

Current contributors include Paliscope alongside partners such as DejaVuAI, OSINT Industries, Biometrica, DataExpert, and Conversy, each bringing distinct strengths in AI, biometrics, digital investigations, and training.
Together, they provide the tools and know-how Ukraine’s investigators need to turn technology into tangible results.

Why support matters

Every new contribution helps the coalition expand systems, accelerate training, and scale workflows that have already helped identify and locate children. The goal is straightforward: increase capacity so every child can be found and returned, transforming fear and uncertainty into justice and hope.
